LATAM Administrative Recruiter Needed

I need an experienced recruiter who can quickly build a pipeline of entry-level administrative talent across Latin America. Your day-to-day will revolve around hands-on sourcing—posting to local job boards, running targeted LinkedIn searches, and tapping into university networks—followed by proactive outreach and ongoing candidate care in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

Once prospects enter the funnel, you will screen them for basic fit, keep them informed at every stage, and guide successful hires through the paperwork and orientation steps until their first day on the job. I’ll provide the job specs, assessment templates, and access to our ATS; you bring the market knowledge, the language skills, and the persistence to hit weekly submission targets.

Deliverables:
• A steady shortlist of pre-screened entry-level administrative candidates, tagged and noted in the ATS
• Clear status updates twice a week covering outreach volume, response rates, and scheduled interviews
• Seamless hand-off of accepted offers, with each candidate fully onboarded and ready to start
