Large-Scale Image Vectorization

I have an AI-generated artwork that will be turned into a 16 ft × 4 ft outdoor sign, and I need the file rebuilt as a true, fully-scalable vector. Every line and color block must remain razor-sharp at that size, with smooth curves and no pixelation when the printer zooms in.

Please recreate the image in vector format, matching the original colours, gradients and proportions. Once finished, export and supply the master file in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) as well as print-ready EPS or PDF so our sign shop can drop it straight into their RIP software without additional tweaks.
