Laravel Site Full Host Migration

I need my small custom-built Laravel site moved from its current cPanel shared hosting to a new Hostinger VPS running on HPanel. The job covers everything—code, MySQL database, cron jobs, email accounts, and current DNS records—so that once you finish, the domain, site, and mail all work exactly as they do now, only on the new server.
No design or functionality changes are required; this is a straight migration focused on stability and zero data loss. Downtime maximum is 24 hours, yet best-practice continuity is expected.
After completion I also want a short, plain-English or Vietnamese tutorial (screencast video or illustrated PDF) that shows me how to:
• Add or edit a database in HPanel
• Upload or replace site files via File Manager or SSH
• Manage email accounts and MX records
• Point additional domains or sub-domains through the DNS zone editor
• How to create pages and sub-pages
I will supply full access to both hosting environments and the domain registrar. The migration is considered done when:
1. Site, SSL, and admin area load from the new VPS with no errors.
2. Emails send and receive correctly from existing accounts.
3. DNS propagates cleanly and external testing (e.g., GTMetrix, MXToolbox) shows no misconfiguration.
4. I receive and can follow the tutorial without additional guidance.
Let me know your estimated turnaround and any questions about the current stack so we can get started right away.
