Landscaping Ads Designer and Manager Needed

I own a landscaping and property maintenance business. I’m looking for someone to design and manage ads that generate local leads and booked jobs.

I prefer working directly with an individual freelancer who will personally handle the work. Please disclose if you represent an agency or plan to outsource any part of the job.

What I need:

* Design professional ad graphics using Canva or similar software, including ads using photos of our actual work.
* Write ad copy for different services and seasonal promotions.
* Set up and manage Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads campaigns.
* Target our specific service areas and manage the advertising budget.
* Set up or verify tracking for calls, inquiries, and quote requests.
* Monitor results, test improvements, and provide straightforward updates on performance.

Required experience:

* Hands-on experience managing both Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
* Graphic design or Canva experience, with examples.
* Experience generating leads for local service businesses.
* Clear communication and the ability to work independently.

Experience with landscaping, lawn care, tree services, irrigation, or other home services is a plus.

I’m interested in an ongoing working relationship if we’re a good fit. Ad accounts and creative assets should remain owned by my business.
