Project Overview:
We need an experienced web developer/designer to create a clean, responsive, and professional single-page website today. This website will function as a sports news/analysis blog. It must look 100% policy-compliant for ad networks (Meta/Google), but it will act as a "Bridge Page" to route users to our partner platform. 

Key Requirements:

1. Design & Layout:

* A professional layout resembling a modern Sports News, Cricket/Football Analytics, or Match Prediction blog.
* Clean UI/UX with high-quality placeholder images and engaging headers.
* Fully mobile-responsive (crucial, as 90% of traffic is mobile).
2. Content & Structure:

* 3-4 short, realistic sports news articles or match prediction analyses (we can provide generic text, or you can use AI-generated sports content).
* Strategically placed, highly visible Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons (e.g., "Join Live Analysis," "Check Expert Predictions," "Visit Partner Site").
* These CTA buttons must easily link out to an external URL that we will provide.

3. Policy Compliance (Crucial):

* The landing page must NOT contain any blacklisted keywords (e.g., betting, gambling, casino, win money).
* It must pass automated ad crawler reviews smoothly.
* Essential pages included: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Contact Us links in the footer.

4. Tech Stack & Speed: 

* Platforms: WordPress (Elementor), Elementor Cloud, or raw HTML/CSS (Fast loading is a priority).
* The page must load in under 2 seconds.

Deadline:
