Residential Designer / Draftsperson - Major Home Renovation
I'm looking for an experienced residential designer/draftsperson to help finalize a major lake house
renovation in Quebec.
I have a strong vision and many of the design ideas already established. I need someone who can
take my ideas, sketches and ongoing changes and translate them into accurate, dimensioned
floor plans/blueprints and realistic 3D renderings that my contractor can work from.
The project involves both interior and exterior design, including substantial updating of the
exterior. My style is warm, sophisticated and timeless - contemporary but not trendy, farmhouse or
Scandinavian.
You must be comfortable making revisions as ideas evolve and be able to contribute creatively
when something can be improved.
Please send examples of your actual floor plans/construction drawings, interior renderings
and exterior transformations. I'm ready to start immediately.
