LabVIEW Industrial Automation Integration

I have an industrial automation setup that needs to be driven entirely from LabVIEW. The core of the job is to integrate my DAQ devices with custom LabVIEW code so the line can run hands-free and generate reliable data.

Here is what I need from you:

• Data acquisition & processing – configure the DAQ hardware, create robust VI’s for continuous logging, and implement on-the-fly filtering so the raw signals become clean, time-stamped datasets.

• Control system design – build closed-loop control logic inside LabVIEW, complete with PID tuning where required, to keep temperature, pressure, and motor speeds within setpoints.

• Equipment calibration & testing – script automated calibration routines for each channel on the DAQ, produce verification reports, and stress-test the system under simulated fault conditions.

Acceptance criteria
1. All DAQ channels recognised and addressable from a single top-level VI.
2. Logged data saved in TDMS and one open-format (CSV or MAT) without loss.
3. Control loops respond to a 5 % setpoint change in under 2 s with < 1 % overshoot.
4. Calibration report auto-generated in PDF summarising offsets, linearity, and pass/fail status.
5. Complete source code delivered, clearly commented, ready for LabVIEW 2021 or newer.
