We are seeking a highly organized and proactive On the Ground Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee and execute comprehensive, end to end concierge services for our visiting clients. In this role, you will act as the primary local director, responsible for delivering a seamless 3 month stay by managing all local logistics, vendors, and personal requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Accommodation & Living Oversight: Secure and maintain premium mid term housing, ensuring all amenities, utilities, and housekeeping standards meet rigorous expectations.
Transportation & Logistics: Coordinate all private airport transfers, dedicated drivers, and vehicle arrangements for daily travel and regional trips.
Bespoke Itinerary & Dining Management: Plan and execute customized daily schedules, secure priority restaurant reservations, and book exclusive tours and attractions.
24 7 Concierge Support: Provide round the clock availability to manage ad hoc requests, urgent errands, or unexpected needs instantly.
Vendor & Service Oversight: Supervise local drivers, guides, and service providers to ensure consistent high hospitality standards.
Requirements:
Absolute fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
Deep, up to date local knowledge of Kuala Lumpur's geography, traffic patterns, and lifestyle offerings.
Proven ability to manage complex logistics and solve problems calmly under pressure.
