KPI Dashboard for 26 Programs

I run Learning Operations for 26 separate programs and need a single, interactive dashboard that turns my raw Excel/CSV data into clear performance insights. The main focus is program results: I want every trainer’s score displayed alongside the branch they represent so I can compare performance quickly and drill down to the details that matter.

The data will arrive as regular Excel or CSV dumps, so the model must accept those files and refresh automatically (or with one simple action) whenever I swap in updated sheets. A high-level view should show how the entire portfolio is doing at a glance, while filters let me zoom into any program, branch, or individual trainer. Clean visuals are essential because this dashboard will be shared with senior management.

Power BI, or Looker Studio—use whichever platform you are strongest in as long as the finished file is editable on my side. Please keep formulas, measures, and data connections clearly labeled so I can maintain the solution after hand-off.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional KPI dashboard with drill-down capabilities.
2. Project file(s) connected to my sample Excel/CSV data, ready for simple refresh.
3. Brief hand-over guide or walkthrough video that shows how to update data and tweak visualizations.
