# Location-Based Job & Employee Finding App – Turkey

We are looking for an experienced developer/team to build a **brand-new, original job and employee finding platform** for the Turkish market.

The project will start completely from scratch. We have **no prototype, no Figma design, no existing backend, no database and no source code**.

The project must be completed **end-to-end and published on both Google Play and Apple App Store**.

## PLATFORM

The mobile application must support:

* Android
* iOS

Our preferred technology is **Flutter**, using a shared codebase where appropriate.

The first phase will target **Turkey only**. The architecture should be scalable for future international expansion, but unnecessary international features are not required initially.

The application will be in Turkish and use TRY.

## UI/UX

UI/UX must be designed completely from scratch.

We want a modern, clean, fast and extremely user-friendly interface.

The user should be able to find and apply for a job with minimum steps.

Job seeker flow:

**Location → Nearby Jobs → Filter → Job Details → Apply**

Employer flow:

**Create Company → Create Job → Location → Publish → Applications → Contact Candidate**

Figma design must be prepared and approved before the main development starts.

Users should be able to register quickly without creating a traditional CV.

Messaging should include message history, push notifications and appropriate blocking/reporting functionality.

## FAVORITES & JOB ALERTS

Users can:

* Save favorite jobs
* Create job alerts based on category, location, distance, salary and work type

Matching new jobs should trigger push notifications.

Push notifications should support:

The platform must include:

Location is a core feature.

The distance must be calculated from actual coordinates, not simply city/district matching.

A secure and scalable backend/API and database must be developed from scratch.

The project is not complete when coding is finished.

This includes production builds, submission support and fixing technical issues/rejections related to the application.

## SOURCE CODE & OWNERSHIP

At completion, we must receive all project files and source code:

The project must not depend on developer-owned accounts or inaccessible proprietary code.
