Kolkata Python App Installation Help

I have a small Windows machine in Kolkata that needs to run a single script (app.py). Python is not yet installed, so the job begins with setting up the correct Python version, adding it to PATH, and then resolving any package dependencies the script may call for (pip install, virtualenv, etc.).

Once the environment is ready, I want to see app.py execute cleanly from the command prompt without errors—ideally via a short demo session over TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or an in-person visit if you are nearby and prefer hands-on work.

Please keep your approach budget-friendly while still ensuring the setup is solid and repeatable.
