Kitchen Wall SketchUp Visualization

I need a fully-detailed SketchUp model of one wall in my client's future kitchen so they can get a good sense of the layout in 3D and see exactly what the finished space will look like before we start building. Every cabinet, general cabinet hardware, moulding, appliance, light fitting, window, and décor item on this wall should be present, textured, and placed at the correct height and offset so the model can double as a working set-out reference. They are nervous the wine bar will be too tight, so 3D visualization will be most helpful for them.

I already have specification sheets for the appliances that list the appliance brands and models. I have a general color palette and material schedule covering door fronts, countertop, flooring, and appliances. You’ll simply match those details in SketchUp (and, where helpful, import or create accurate manufacturer components).

SketchUp is my preferred platform; please keep the file organized with layers/tags and clean, named groups or components so I can toggle items on and off for construction drawings. If you use any third-party texture or component libraries, include the files or clear links so nothing breaks when I open the model locally.

Deliverables:
• One .skp file in the current stable version of SketchUp
• Linked or embedded high-resolution materials/textures matching my palette
• Scene tabs set for at least plan, front, side, and three hero perspectives

Timeline: Completion within this week with progress updates throughout.

I will supply the floor plan, elevations that will be helpful but not 100% applicable (I can explain), material palette and spec sheets immediately after award. I’ll also be available for quick feedback rounds to keep the process smooth.
