Kitchen Renovation 2D & 3D Renders

I’m refreshing an existing kitchen and already have accurate, dimensioned plans in hand. What I now need is a professional set of refined 2D drawings plus photorealistic 3D visuals that let me (and my contractor) see every finish, fitting, and lighting choice before demolition begins.

You’ll start from my detailed layout PDFs/DWG files, tidy up any drafting inconsistencies, and then build a fully textured 3D scene. Think realistic materials, true-to-life lighting, and convincing reflections—something that helps me decide on cabinetry colours, countertop styles, and appliance placements with total confidence.

Deliverables

• Updated 2D plan and elevation files (DWG + PDF) ready for permit/contractor use
• A minimum of three high-resolution, photorealistic renders showing key viewpoints (eye-level across the island, sink wall, and overall bird’s-eye)
• Source scene file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) so I can request future tweaks if needed

Acceptance criteria: dimensions match my original plans to the millimetre, colours and textures correspond to the specification sheet I’ll supply, and final renders read clearly on both desktop and mobile.
