Kitchen & Bath CAD Permit Set

(The PDF file has drawings of the Proposed Kitchen setup while the images has the existing kitchen setup and the bathroom that we're doing exact change out to the fixtures only )
I’m gathering the documents the building department needs for an upcoming kitchen remodel and a straightforward bathroom fixture swap. All field dimensions and photos are already in hand; I simply need a clean, code-ready CAD package that shows both the existing conditions and the proposed work.

Kitchen scope
• Complete floor plan with demo and new work keyed
• Cabinet and countertop layout with clear dimensions
• Power, lighting, and plumbing plans—noting any new circuits or relocated rough-ins
• Interior elevations of all four kitchen walls for permit reviewers

Bathroom scope
• Existing vs. new fixture plan (locations stay the same; finishes change)
• Brief note sheet identifying “like-for-like” replacement to satisfy the reviewer

Delivery
• Final drawings in PDF (24”×36” preferred) plus the editable CAD file for my archive
• Title block must include project address, scale, and revision/date history

Timing
I’d like the first draft within one week of award and will turn comments around within 48 hours so we can submit on schedule.

When you reply, a link to past kitchen or small-residential permit sets is the one thing I need to see; no formal proposal required.
