Kindle-Ready Aviation Adventure

My aviation-themed adventure manuscript is finished and sitting at roughly 62,000 words, but it still needs a publishing-ready polish before I hit the “Publish” button on KDP. The two areas I want to tighten up are the interior layout (proper typesetting, headings, image placement, etc.) and final cover tweaks, yet the main task I’m hiring for is clean, trouble-free formatting for Amazon Kindle.

What I expect from you
• A well-structured Kindle file (EPUB or KPF) that passes Kindle Previewer without errors and looks good on phones, tablets, and e-readers.
• Guidance on best practices—font choices, margin and paragraph settings, navigation, front- and back-matter conventions—so the book feels professional.
• Light advice on cover dimensions and bleed so the artwork I already have exports correctly for both Kindle and optional paperback. must be in usa able to comunicate by phone and email

Source material will be supplied in Word and PDF. Once the formatted file renders perfectly in Kindle Previewer and I receive a quick walkthrough of any key steps you took, I’ll consider the job complete and release the milestone.
