I recently launched Aksa Studio, an original kids’ music and animation IP. Sixteen polished videos are already live on YouTube and the tracks are distributed worldwide, so production is done—I now need someone who will OWN growth for the next 30 days and, if the pilot succeeds, beyond.
Top priority
My immediate focus is audience development with a clear emphasis on accelerating subscriber growth in our core English-speaking markets: the US, the UK and India. Everything else you do—SEO, metadata, thumbnails, Shorts/Reels repurposing—should feed that goal.
Scope of work
• Optimise every existing video, playlist and channel element for YouTube SEO, including compelling titles, keyword-rich descriptions and eye-catching thumbnails.
• Repurpose long-form content into Shorts/Reels and schedule them for maximum reach across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and any additional platform you recommend.
• Build and maintain country-specific playlists, partner channels or collabs that drive qualified parents and kids to our catalogue.
• Track analytics daily, translate the numbers into actionable insights and supply a concise weekly growth report that highlights subscriber gains, watch-time movement and retention curves.
• Suggest new experiments or A/B tests as data dictates.
