Kids Bakery Social Media Overhaul

I run Junior’s Bake & Chinnu’s Bake Studio in Hyderabad, where our Happy Hands weekends let children aged 3-12 bake, craft and carry home their creations. Social has been lively but scattered; I need one person to take charge of every channel—Instagram first, then Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp Status—so more parents click “Book” and we fill every seat.

Your role begins with tightening up all five profiles: fresh bios that spell out our themes, story highlights that showcase the baking-plus-craft format, clean link trees and a polished Google listing. From there you’ll turn the raw photos, short clips and Canva templates I supply into a steady stream of Reels, posts and daily Stories/Status updates. The content should spotlight the activities themselves and the fun themed experience through playful visuals and clear captions, because that’s what convinces parents to reserve a spot.

When parents comment or DM on Instagram, you’ll follow through until a booking is confirmed, keeping the conversation warm but concise. Interactive pieces—polls, simple Q&As, or collabs with local parenting communities—should go out each week to keep engagement high.

Every Monday I expect a short snapshot of the previous week: reach, new leads, DMs handled and actual bookings attributed to social activity. That single page tells me if we’re meeting the main objective—filling more weekend event seats.
