Kids AI Cartoon CreationCreate a 7-minute AI Educational & Entertaining Talking Cartoon for Kids (NO MUSIC) + 2 Shorts

I need a 7-minute animated story for toddlers created entirely with AI-powered video tools. The plot follows a group of cute animal friends who speak to one another while teaching children how to count from 1 to 10. Dialogue has to be lively and funny yet crystal-clear for young ears so the educational point lands.

Absolutely no background music or songs are allowed. Instead, layer in natural sound effects and classic cartoon zips, pops, and giggles to keep it engaging without ever slipping a melody into the track.

Please handle everything—scripting, AI voice generation (multiple voices for different animals), imagery, animation assembly, timing, and final editing—so that all I receive are polished, ready-to-upload files.

Deliverables
• One 7-minute full HD video featuring the complete story
• Two separate YouTube Shorts (≈60 s each) cut from the funniest teaching moments, formatted vertically

My budget is a flat $10 and I’m ready to award as soon as you confirm you can meet the “no-music, only sound effects” rule and can show past AI-generated cartoon work.
