Khmer-English Factory Call Interpreter

I work with a U.S.–based team that sources tires from factories in Cambodia, and I need a fluent Khmer-English speaker to bridge the language gap during our phone calls. You’ll join me on scheduled calls, translate in real time, help me ask about prices, available sizes, minimum order quantities, payment terms, production timelines, and shipping, then capture everything in clear written notes right after each conversation.

The factories usually confirm a slot between 7:00 PM and 3:00 AM Chicago time; your involvement will be one to two hours per day, depending on factory availability. Reliability is essential—I have to know you’ll be there when the factory picks up. The calls are strictly professional, so you should feel comfortable speaking with managers, negotiating details, and keeping conversations concise.

I pay $2.50 per hour, and I’m hoping to build a long-term working relationship as our order volume grows.
