• Clear spoken English is required.
• The applicant must understand training, instructions and corrections given in English.
• The applicant must communicate with KEP management in English.
• The applicant must write understandable CRM notes, emails and messages in English.
• Clear spoken Spanish is strongly preferred because some KEP claimants are Spanish-speaking.
• Applicants are not required to speak Spanish.
• Spanish-only applicants who cannot communicate clearly in English will not qualify.
REQUIRED CALLING AVAILABILITY
The highest-priority calling window is Tuesday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in each prospect’s local time.
Calling-day priority:
1. Wednesday
2. Thursday
3. Tuesday
The secondary calling window is Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in each prospect’s local time.
Because KEP contacts prospects in both the Eastern and Central time zones, applicants must be available for assigned calling blocks that may include:
• Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
• Tuesday–Thursday, 4:00–7:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
• Occasional Saturday testing from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM in the prospect’s local time.
Remaining weekly hours may be assigned to follow-up calls, CRM updates, approved text or email follow-up, training, performance reviews and other authorized outreach tasks.
Applicants must provide exact availability in U.S. Eastern Time. Do not state only “flexible” or “available anytime.”
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Clear and understandable spoken English.
• Sufficient written English for training, CRM notes and company communication.
• Strong listening and telephone communication.
• Ability to read an approved script naturally without sounding robotic.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work the required U.S. calling windows.
• Reliable computer, headset and internet connection.
• Reasonable backup internet and power arrangements.
• Basic typing, CRM and computer skills.
• Ability to enter accurate notes while conducting calls.
• Ability to follow approved scripts, fee language, privacy requirements and escalation procedures exactly.
• Willingness to complete a live English assessment, claimant-call role play and CRM exercise.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Clear spoken Spanish in addition to English.
• Surplus-funds or foreclosure-overage experience.
• U.S. cold-calling or appointment-setting experience.
• Experience contacting owners, heirs or relatives.
• Real-estate, legal-intake, collections or consumer-outreach experience.
• GoHighLevel or comparable CRM experience.
POSITION LEVELS AND COMPENSATION
Level 1 — Outreach Caller
• Approximately 20 hours per week.
• $250 monthly base.
• No prior surplus-funds experience required.
• KEP provides training, researched leads, approved scripts and CRM procedures.
• Primary responsibilities include outbound calling, basic claimant explanations, appointment setting, authorized follow-up and accurate CRM notes.
• Level 1 callers may later qualify for Level 2 based on performance, reliability, English communication, CRM accuracy and business needs.
Level 2 — Claimant Outreach Specialist
• Approximately 20 hours per week.
• $250 monthly base during the first 90 days.
• $400 monthly base after successfully completing the 90-day performance review.
• Relevant experience is preferred, but advancement depends on demonstrated performance rather than résumé claims alone.
• Greater responsibility for objection handling, claimant follow-up, appointment management and authorized contract delivery.
COMMISSION AND BONUS OPPORTUNITY
Both levels are eligible for:
• Commission equal to 4% of the consulting fee actually collected by KEP on a qualifying VA-attributed paid case.
• KEP’s continuing high-value case bonus program, subject to its written eligibility and payment requirements.
Example: If a qualifying case produces a $12,500 collected consulting fee for KEP, the VA’s 4% commission would be $500.
Commission is payable only after KEP receives and clears its consulting fee. Recovery timing, case volume and incentive earnings are not guaranteed.
CONTINUING HIGH-VALUE PERFORMANCE BONUS
A qualifying bonus group requires three separate eligible VA-attributed paid cases. Each case must involve at least $40,000 in gross surplus, and the three cases must total at least $150,000 in gross surplus. KEP must receive and clear its consulting fee from all three cases before the bonus is payable.
• First qualifying group: $1,000.
• Second qualifying group: $1,500.
• Third qualifying group: $2,000.
• Every additional qualifying group: $2,000 while the VA remains eligible.
There is no annual reset while the VA remains eligible. One $150,000 case counts as one case, not three.
SELECTION PROCESS
Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete:
• A live English-speaking and listening assessment.
• A 60–90-second unscripted English introduction.
• An English claimant-call role play.
• Basic objection handling.
• A sample CRM-notes exercise using fictional information.
• A separate Spanish assessment if the applicant claims Spanish ability.
• Reference verification when applicable.
• A one-week paid trial established through an approved platform milestone or agreement.
Applicants will not receive credit for Spanish ability unless it can be demonstrated during a live assessment.
