KDP Book Formatting + Proofreading for Espionage Thriller

I have a completed fiction/espionage thriller manuscript that I want professionally proofread and formatted for Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP).
I need two things:

2. Professional KDP book formatting
Format the manuscript professionally for Amazon KDP eBook
Format the manuscript for paperback/print as well
Proper chapter headings and chapter breaks
Correct paragraph indentation and spacing
Consistent fonts, margins, alignment, and typography
Proper scene breaks
Front matter and back matter formatting
Table of Contents where appropriate
Proper page breaks between chapters for the print edition
Remove formatting problems such as unnecessary spaces, tabs, hard returns, inconsistent indents, etc.
Ensure the final files are suitable for KDP upload
