Kazakhstan Geodata Collection Permit Specialist

We are seeking a qualified local consultant or agency in Kazakhstan to assist in obtaining crucial government permits for our Chinese data collection team's upcoming fieldwork. The goal is to ensure all legal approvals are secured before our team arrives, enabling seamless, lawful geodata collection.

**Primary Tasks:**
1. Obtain the following two core official permits:
- Autonomous vehicle road test approval (Ministry of Transport and related authorities).
- Road geospatial/mapping data collection license (Mapping Regulatory Authority approval).

**Deliverables:**
- Formal, valid permits issued by relevant Kazakh government departments.

**Timeline:**
- All procedures must be completed within 45 business days and before the team’s arrival in Kazakhstan.

**Key Requirements:**
- All permits must be secured before the entry of our Chinese data collection team to ensure uninterrupted and lawful field operations.
- Knowledge of local government processes, as well as experience in handling similar permit applications, will be essential.

We encourage professionals with relevant experience or agencies specializing in navigating Kazakh governmental approvals to apply. Fluency in Kazakh and Russian is required for dealing with local authorities.
