Kansas City ClickUp Team Training

I’m rolling ClickUp out to a small Kansas City-based team that is brand-new to the platform. We need an experienced local power-user who can come on-site, sit with us, and turn complete beginners into confident daily users.

The engagement is primarily hands-on training and ongoing support. You’ll design a curriculum that introduces the core features—spaces, lists, tasks, views, dashboards—and then walk the group through real-life scenarios drawn from our current workflow. After each session I’d like quick reference materials or short screen-recordings we can revisit, plus availability for follow-up questions as we put what we learn into practice.

Deliverables
• Two to three in-person training sessions (2–3 hours each) tailored to our processes
• Custom cheat-sheets or mini video tutorials covering the topics you present
• One month of email or virtual Q&A support to reinforce adoption

Acceptance criteria
• Every team member can create and manage tasks, subtasks, and dependencies unaided
• Shared dashboards accurately reflect our pipeline without additional coaching
• Team feedback survey shows a measurable boost in comfort using ClickUp
