I have a complete Kannada narration that recounts the history, legends, and living traditions of our temple. Now I need an editor who not only understands the language but also feels its rhythm to turn that audio track into a visually rich documentary.
You will be working with my clean voice-over as the backbone. While I provide the audio, the visuals are up to you: weave in archival photos, age-worn manuscripts, and rare historical images; capture or license fresh, cinematic shots of the temple complex and its surroundings; and enhance key moments with tasteful motion graphics—maps, dates, text call-outs, even subtle illustrated sequences where footage does not exist. The final piece should flow like a modern documentary yet carry the devotional atmosphere a temple film deserves.
Fluency in spoken and written Kannada is non-negotiable because timing, on-screen text, and cultural nuance all hinge on it. A sense for pacing, color grading, gentle sound design, and respectful use of background music will determine whether the story resonates.
Deliverables
• One mastered documentary video (full-HD or 4K, depending on footage sourced) that syncs perfectly with the supplied narration
• A separate subtitle file in Kannada (and English if you can manage) for wider reach
• All project files neatly organized so future updates are easy
If you have previous temple, heritage, or culture-focused work to showcase, I’d love to see it when you message me. Let’s bring this sacred story to life.
