Junior Recruiter: Talent Sourcing short-term rental business

I need a junior recruiter who can quickly build a pool of Co-Listing Agent prospects for my short-term rental business. Your day-to-day work will revolve around searching online communities, social media, and professional networks for people who already have hospitality or vacation rental experience. Once you spot a promising profile, you’ll reach out, introduce the opportunity, and hold an initial conversation about their background.

To succeed you must show:
• Good communication skills that let you engage potential hires with clarity and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills so every lead, résumé, and follow-up stays neatly tracked.
• An ability to learn quickly; the short-term rental space evolves fast, and processes may change as our needs grow.

When I evaluate the candidates you present, the single most important trait I’ll weigh is their willingness to learn. Experience matters, but an open, growth-oriented mindset is critical for this role.

Deliverables I expect from you each week:
1. A spreadsheet of newly sourced leads with contact details and links to their profiles.
2. Notes from your first conversation outlining their Airbnb or rental experience, availability, and interest level.
3. Collected CVs or résumés for everyone who moves forward.
