Junior Recruiter: Locate Co-Listing Agents

I need support identifying and pre-screening fresh talent for an open Co-Listing Agent role in the short-term rental space. You will search on LinkedIn, popular job boards, and relevant social-media groups, reach out to prospects, share a short position brief I will provide, and conduct a quick first-round screening call or chat.

Because we welcome applicants with no prior Airbnb or STR experience, your focus is on spotting strong communication and organizational skills rather than deep industry knowledge. Once a prospect shows interest you’ll collect their résumé and a few key work details, then pass everything to me for the final interview round.

Deliverables
• A shared tracker (Google Sheet or Airtable) listing every contact attempt, response status, and notes from your screening.
• At least 15 interested candidates who meet the skill profile and have submitted a current CV.
• Copies or recordings of your initial screening questions so I can stay aligned with your approach.

I’ll equip you with a clear role description, email/message templates, and a simple scorecard. You’ll bring curiosity, professionalism, and the persistence to follow up politely until we have a healthy pipeline.
