Junior Recruiter (Agency)

Surgo is on the lookout for a driven and people-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting potential, and building a career in talent acquisition.
What you'll do:

Source, headhunt and screen candidates across various platforms

Conduct initial interviews and assessments

Manage candidate pipelines and keep records up to date

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships

Support end-to-end recruitment processes

New business development

What we're looking for:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, professional, and people-focused approach

Good organisational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

High attention to detail

Minimum of one year experience in an agency recruitment or sales environment

HR administration exposure (a plus)
