About ITRex

THE PLACE
ITRex - AI pioneers who build systems that actually work in the real world, not just in demos. We're 250+ people spread across the US and Europe, creating solutions for companies like Procter & Gamble and Shutterstock. We keep it simple, build it right, and focus on what works.
THE PEOPLE
We're the kind of people who don't ignore messages in Slack, who jump in to help when you're stuck on a problem, and who offer solutions instead of blame when things go sideways. We believe in openness, accountability, and having each other's backs. No office politics, no hidden agendas - just people who care about doing good work together and supporting each other to get there.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Paralegal to join our Legal & Compliance team and take a hands-on part in the contract work behind ITRex’s international business. This is an entry-level role with direct exposure to commercial contracts and cross-border legal work in the IT industry. You will prepare first drafts of standard documents, keep contract registers accurate and support compliance tasks, following contracts from the first draft to the signed version. This is not a purely administrative role: we expect you to own your documents and registers, notice inconsistencies and missing details before someone else does, and suggest ways to improve our templates and processes. You will work closely with internal teams, learn directly from the Director of Legal & Compliance, and report to them. The role is full-time and remote from Belarus.
Requirements

Law degree (completed) or final-year law student

0-1 year of experience in a legal role; internships count

English at B2 level or higher, written and spoken

Basic knowledge of civil and labour law

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documents

Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace and AI tools

Organised and reliable, able to handle several tasks at once and keep information confidential

Nice to have

Experience in an IT company, law firm or in-house legal team

Basic understanding of IT contracts: software development, licensing, IP assignment

Awareness of data protection rules

Your Responsibilities

Prepare first drafts of standard documents from templates: NDAs, service agreements, SOWs, amendments

Proofread contracts and check them for consistency, defined terms and cross-references

Maintain contract registers for each jurisdiction, including tracking key dates and renewals

Conduct basic legal research in assigned areas of law and prepare short summaries

Support compliance tasks: collecting documents, filling in questionnaires, preparing checklists

Coordinate signatures, document flow and communication with internal teams

Benefits
Why people stay
First, the foundation:

Remote flexibility: Work where and how you work best - we trust you to deliver

Fair compensation: Competitive salary + benefits that matter (medical, learning)

Then, the growth:

Ownership opportunities: See a problem worth solving? Own it. We back smart risks over bureaucratic safety

AI enhancement: We leverage AI to make you faster and stronger - complementing your abilities, not replacing them

Learning investment: English classes, professional development

Career progression: Real paths up, not just sideways shuffling

Finally, the people:

Responsive teammates: No ignored Slacks, no "not my problem" attitudes

Supportive culture: When you're stuck, people help. When things break, we fix them together

Human connections: Regular meetups, tech talks, and actual relationships beyond work
