JS Expert Needed for Chrome Extension

I’m looking for an experienced JavaScript developer who can create a script to detect which Chrome extensions are installed/enabled in a browser.

The main task is to research and implement a reliable method for identifying installed Chrome extensions using JavaScript/browser-side techniques.

Requirements:

Strong JavaScript knowledge

Good understanding of Chrome/browser security and APIs
