JPG to AI Embroidery Digitization

I will supply a single design in .jpg format and I need it transformed into a clean vector (.ai) and then fully digitised for machine embroidery. The .ai file is the only non-negotiable deliverable, but if you can also output common stitch files such as .dst, .pes or .jef that would be a bonus and much appreciated.

The job includes:
• Converting the raster artwork to an accurate, scalable vector with crisp edges.
• Creating a well-balanced stitch map that runs smoothly on modern embroidery machines.
• Preserving the original colours as closely as possible and organising them logically for easy thread changes.

I’ll review the stitch simulation to confirm density, pull compensation and sequencing before final approval. Once everything looks correct, please provide the final .ai along with any additional machine files you generate and a quick PDF preview so I can double-check the layout.
