JPEG to HTML Mailchimp Template [URGENT] - 2

Need it in 2-3 hours.
Budget - 15$

I have a finalised JPEG layout for a marketing email and I now need the design translated into clean, responsive HTML that I can import straight into Mailchimp. The coded template should render faithfully to the artwork, adapt gracefully on mobile, and use widely-supported inline styles so it performs well in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and other common clients.

Once it is in Mailchimp I still want to be able to tweak headlines, body copy, images and links without touching code, so please structure the file with editable sections and merge tags where appropriate.

Deliverables:
• One fully commented HTML file ready for Mailchimp upload
• A folder of any sliced images or assets referenced by the template

I will supply the JPEG and any brand assets as soon as we start; a quick turnaround is appreciated.
