JPEG to CDR Conversion for Printing

I have a single design saved as a .jpeg that now needs to be reproduced in CorelDRAW (.cdr) so it can go straight to print at a custom size. The file must be rebuilt as clean, editable vectors—no simple bitmap embedding—so colours stay sharp and the artwork scales without loss.

Because the final piece will be printed, please pay attention to print-ready standards: correct colour mode, outlined or embedded fonts, and bleed settings if they’re required. I’ll confirm the exact dimensions once we start, but plan for a non-standard format rather than A4 or A3.
