JPEG Logo to CDR Conversion

I need my current logo, which I only have as a high-resolution JPEG, rebuilt as a clean, fully editable CorelDRAW (.cdr) file. Please keep every detail—colours, proportions, fonts, layout—exactly the same; no creative changes are required. The finished file must open flawlessly in CorelDRAW 2019 because it will be dropped straight into my web design workflow, so be sure all elements are true vectors with no embedded bitmaps or auto-trace artifacts.

You will receive the original JPEG as soon as we start, and the only deliverable I need back is the CorelDRAW 2019 file. A fast, precise turnaround is appreciated.
