Eagle Global Scientific (EGS) is seeking a Journeyman Analyst to support our ongoing mission for the Indian Health Service (IHS). This is a remote position supporting public health emergency preparedness, analysis, and the development of polished, executive-ready deliverables.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Project Manager and Lead Evaluator.
Verify that all table of contents entries, figure captions, table titles, cross-references, footnotes, and acronym definitions are accurate and fully aligned.
Ensure all written deliverables are polished, professional, and executive-ready prior to Government submission.
Maintain structural clarity and an objective, executive-ready tone suitable for IHS leadership.
Enforce uniform formatting, correct grammar, precise typography, and consistent use of industry terminology across all narrative sections, tables, and graphic elements.
Conduct technical literature reviews, synthesize SME session notes, analyze IHS-specific operational dependencies, and draft scenario injects tailored to the AI/AN healthcare context.
Perform line editing, proofreading, copyediting, style standardization, document formatting, version control, and file packaging across all task deliverables to ensure structural consistency and professional presentation.
What You Bring:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in public health research, emergency management analysis, health communications, or health systems continuity planning.
Strong qualitative analysis capabilities to code SME feedback, identify structural trends, and trace capability gaps directly to specific plan domains.
Experience drafting realistic exercise injects, discussion questions, and participant briefing materials tailored to public health emergency scenarios.
Exceptional command of English grammar, executive tone, technical terminology, and document cross-referencing.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel source-file formatting, PDF conversion, and version-control architecture management.
Ability to obtain and maintain CAC eligibility.
Pay Rate: $75/hour
