Job Training Event Flyer Design

I'm seeking a creative designer to create an 8.5x11 flyer to promote a job training opportunity. The flyer will be used for both print and online marketing.
Initially, we just want people to follow us on IG - but eventually I will need to be able to edit that FOLLOW US Intel with location/time - ex: Tyler TX, October 26-30, 8AM - 5PM etc.

Requirements:
- Highlight the benefits of the training, particularly skill acquisition for specific jobs or careers.
- Include essential event details (date, time, location) in a clear, readable manner.
- Incorporate a strong call-to-action on how to register or contact us.
- Content needs to be easily editable (list of classes, images, and date/time)
- Logos for TxDOT, JJG, and TCCA need to be in view - but not too obvious.
- AI generated or generic images are not going to be approved by TxDOT anymore. I have some images I can share to help.
- Color preferences include dark blues and oranges.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
