## Job Overview

I am looking for a dependable, detail-oriented freelancer to manage my daily job search and application process.

I am an experienced cybersecurity executive, technical leader, and software developer with over 20 years of professional experience. My background includes cybersecurity engineering, penetration testing, application security, AI-powered automation, cloud technologies, product development, and technology leadership.

I have already prepared structured JSON files containing my professional experience, technical skills, certifications, target job titles, and eight AI prompts designed to tailor résumés and cover letters.

**Your job is not to write my professional background from scratch. Your job is to use the information and tools I provide to find highly relevant opportunities, customize each application, and submit at least 10 quality applications every business day.**

I am not interested in someone sending the same generic résumé to hundreds of random jobs. Relevance, accuracy, and quality are extremely important.

## What You Will Do Every Day

### 1. Find Relevant Job Opportunities

Search LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Dice, company career websites, and other appropriate job boards.

Use my provided `target_job_titles.json` file to identify suitable positions.

Target opportunities in areas including:

- Cybersecurity Engineering and Architecture
- Application Security and Product Security
- Penetration Testing and Offensive Security
- AI Engineering and AI Security
- DevSecOps and Security Automation
- Cloud Security and Infrastructure
- Security Software Engineering
- Technical Product Management
- Cybersecurity Leadership and Consulting
- CTO, CISO, and other appropriate senior technical roles

**Job requirements:**

- Remote positions based in the United States.
- Strong alignment with my actual professional experience.
- Preferably posted within the previous 7 days.
- Compensation aligned with the salary preferences provided in my profile.
- No roles requiring relocation, regular on-site attendance, or sponsorship.
- Avoid entry-level opportunities or positions clearly outside my background.
- Avoid staffing agency duplicates and previously submitted applications.

A job should meet approximately 80% or more of its essential qualifications before being considered for application. This is a practical screening guideline, not permission to disregard mandatory requirements.

### 4. Complete and Submit Applications

Apply directly through the employer's website or an appropriate job platform.

Complete all required application fields accurately using the provided profile.

Upload the tailored résumé and cover letter when applicable.

You must:

- Answer screening questions accurately.
- Check all information before submission.
- Avoid duplicate applications.
- Never provide fabricated information.
- Never change salary, location, work authorization, or other personal preferences without permission.
- Flag questions requiring my personal judgment rather than guessing.

**A job application only counts toward the daily target after it has been successfully submitted.**

### 5. Maintain a Daily Application Tracker

## Daily Performance Requirements

**Minimum: 10 successfully submitted, highly relevant applications per business day.**

Expected output:

- 50 or more completed applications per five-day workweek.
- Customized résumés for each submitted application.
- Customized cover letters where appropriate.
- Accurate and complete application tracking.
- No duplicate applications.
- No fabricated qualifications.
- Daily status report.

If fewer than 10 genuinely qualified opportunities are available, report the shortfall and explain why. Do not submit weak applications simply to reach the quota.

## Required Skills

You should have experience with:

- LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional job platforms.
- Job searching and résumé tailoring.
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
- Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Professional English communication.
- Handling confidential personal information.

Previous experience applying for US-based cybersecurity, cloud engineering, software engineering, or senior IT positions is strongly preferred.

You do not need to be a cybersecurity engineer, but you must be able to understand technical job descriptions well enough to distinguish relevant positions from irrelevant ones.

## Files and Tools Provided

I will provide:

- `user_profile.json` — My verified professional background, employment history, skills, certifications, and application preferences.
- `target_job_titles.json` — Job titles to search.
- `job_alignment_prompts.json` — AI instructions for tailoring résumés and cover letters.
- Existing résumé/CV documents.
- Access to an approved AI-assisted document workflow.
- A shared Google Sheet for tracking applications.

I will also provide any necessary application preferences and an approved method for handling account access.

## How Success Will Be Measured

Performance will be evaluated based on:

**1. Job relevance:** Are the opportunities genuinely appropriate for my qualifications?

**2. Application quality:** Are the résumés properly tailored, accurate, and professionally formatted?

**3. Daily output:** Are at least 10 qualified applications submitted per business day?

**4. Accuracy:** Are all application details correct and supported by my profile?

**5. Organization:** Is every application documented and verifiable?

**6. Responsiveness:** Are application issues, recruiter responses, and questions escalated promptly?

Interview invitations and recruiter responses will also be monitored, although they are not guaranteed outcomes.

## Paid Trial Assignment

Selected candidates will complete a paid one-day trial.

During the trial, you will:

1. Review the three supplied JSON files.
2. Identify 15 highly relevant job opportunities.
3. Rank them according to suitability.
4. Customize résumés for the 5 best opportunities.
5. Explain why each position is a strong match.
6. Submit applications only after receiving approval.
7. Record the results in the application tracker.

Candidates who demonstrate strong judgment, accuracy, and efficiency will be considered for ongoing work.
