• Any simple visual aids you feel improve clarity—Gantt, flowchart, or even a Kanban snapshot—so long as they help me (and future stakeholders) grasp the flow at a glance.

How you’ll win this project
I need to see a detailed proposal that tells me how you’ll gather information from me, the structure you’ll follow for the scope, and any tools you prefer to use (Word, Google Docs, MS Project, Trello, etc.). Feel free to suggest alternatives if they serve the same purpose.

Timing
