Job Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)- IT Services & Consulting

Responsibilities:

Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait (GCC)

Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to understand product offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects

Achieve monthly call volume targets and contribute to lead-generation efforts

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system

Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies

Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics

Experience Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation

Track record of geographies like UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait is a plus

Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate product offerings effectively

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Prior experience in sales or pre-sales is a plus

Adaptability to scale efforts as the team expands
