Job Application Assistants Needed

I’m looking for a handful of detail-oriented assistants who can submit about 100 software-engineering job applications each day on my behalf. You’ll work strictly with my resume, targeting roles in the US market during US Central Time hours.

Because I need you to hit the ground running, prior experience applying for software engineering roles is a big bonus(not required if you're a quick learner), and you should already be comfortable navigating LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor. You must also have a proven track record applying to positions in the US—understanding how ATS filters, referral links, and follow-up schedules work will help you keep the volume high without sacrificing accuracy.

This is a part-time, long-term role: 4 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Performance is measured by a simple KPI—100 correctly filled applications per workday. I review the tracking sheet and feedback from the platforms weekly.

Payment is a flat $100 per month. If that rate and schedule suit you, begin your proposal with the exact sentence, “I can work for 4 hours/day for $100/mo,” and briefly outline your past job-application experience.

Deliverables:
• 100 complete applications submitted daily
• Shared Notion spreadsheet updated in real time with links, dates and status
• Brief weekly summary of progress and any issues encountered
