PLEASE READ. Most people misunderstand this listing.
I am not an employer. I am not hiring staff. I am not looking for a recruiter to find me candidates.
I am a job seeker. I am looking for work myself. I need someone to search for jobs and submit applications on my behalf, under my name, using my CV.
If you are a recruiter or sourcer who finds candidates for companies, this listing is not for you.
I am a UK based freelance digital marketing contractor. Media planning, programmatic and paid media, six years experience on global accounts. I want a steady flow of contract opportunities without spending my own hours searching and applying.
What you will do each week
Search the job boards and platforms I give you and find contracts that match my criteria. Log each one in a shared Google Sheet with the link, day rate, source and date. Tailor one of my three ready made CVs to the brief and write a short cover note for it. Apply on my behalf. Follow up on anything that goes quiet after ten days. Book any interview offers into my calendar and flag them to me the same day.
To be completely clear: the applications are for me. My name goes on them. You are acting as my assistant, not as a recruiter.
My criteria
Freelance or contract only, never permanent. Fully remote. £300 per day minimum, or $400 US, or €350. Marketing roles only: media planning, programmatic, paid media, performance marketing, B2B. Part time, or full time with a start date at least a month out. UK, EU, US or Gulf clients.
Pay
$2 per application. Each one must include a CV tailored from my templates and a cover note written for that specific brief. Maximum 25 applications a week, around $200 a month. Plus $25 for every interview you secure and book into my calendar. Paid weekly.
Sourcing the roles, logging them in the sheet and following up are part of the $2. An application only counts when the CV and cover note are both tailored and the entry is logged correctly. I check five at random each week.
What I need from you
Good written English, strong enough to write a cover note that sounds like a British professional wrote it. Comfortable with Google Sheets, LinkedIn and job boards. Reliable hours each week, roughly ten to twelve. Able to read a job spec and judge whether it actually fits my criteria rather than applying to everything. Admin, recruitment or job search support experience is a plus but not essential.
For the first two weeks every CV and cover note goes into a shared Drive folder for my approval before it is sent. After that you send directly and I spot check.
To apply, do this task. Do not send a CV.
Remember, you are looking for jobs that I could apply to, not people to fill a role.
Find five live freelance or contract marketing roles that meet my criteria above. Put them in a Google Sheet with four columns: link, day rate, remote yes or no, where you found it. Then pick the best one and write a 100 word cover note for it, as if you were writing on my behalf. Add it below the table.
Reply with the sheet link, your available hours per week, and one line on any past experience with admin or job search support. Applications without the task completed will not be read.
