Our group of boutique Japanese hotels and ryokans publishes a steady stream of stories, photos, and short-form videos in both English and Japanese. I now want to systemise how that content is pushed to each network and, just as importantly, how incoming comments and messages are answered so every guest feels heard.

Scope
• Build and maintain a two-week rolling content calendar that repurposes our existing articles, reels, and behind-the-scenes images for Facebook, Instagram, and X/Twitter.
• Schedule posts in Hootsuite, Buffer, or a similar tool, optimising copy length, hashtags and post timing for each channel’s best practice.
• Monitor comments and DMs daily, replying in brand voice (Japanese or English as appropriate) and flagging booking-related enquiries back to our reservation team within two hours.
• Track reach, saves, shares, and community sentiment; prepare a concise weekly dashboard so I can spot which stories resonate before the next content cycle.
• Suggest quick-win tweaks—e.g. carousel vs. single-image, caption hooks, or UGC prompts—that could lift engagement or follower growth.

Acceptance Criteria
1. Calendar is always populated at least 10 days ahead with copy, visuals, and scheduled times.
2. All audience interactions receive an initial response within 12 business hours.
3. Weekly report is delivered every Friday by 18:00 JST with clear metrics and actionable insights.

If you already use Canva for last-minute image crops or can run simple A/B tests on posting times, mention that when you send your proposal. I’m ready to grant access to our asset library and previous analytics as soon as we agree on the first month’s milestones.
