Japanese Affiliate Marketing for AI Product

1. 5+ years of experience in Japanese affiliate marketing / affiliate network management
Strong hands-on experience with A8.net, including publisher recruitment, campaign management, tracking, and performance optimization
2. Experience promoting technology, SaaS, AI, productivity, or business/office-related products
3. Existing relationships and resources with Japanese affiliate publishers, media sites, review sites, comparison sites, and content creators
4. Ability to recruit and activate relevant publishers for our AI productivity / AI workmate product
5. Experience managing affiliate campaigns from publisher outreach and negotiation to tracking, content coordination, and performance reporting
6. Familiarity with Japanese consumer behavior and the local affiliate marketing landscape
7. Fluent/native-level Japanese communication skills
8. Able to work independently and provide regular performance updates and recommendations
