I have a structural CAD plan for a two-storey college project and now need it transformed into a complete Japandi interior package. The furniture layout is the linchpin, so the job starts there: warm woods, clean lines, calm palettes—everything that defines Japandi must read clearly in plan before we move on to the rest of the drawings.

Once the furniture is locked, I’ll need a cohesive set of drawings and visuals for both the ground floor and first floor:

• Flooring layout
• Final furniture layout (top priority)
• Two or three key building sections
• Integrated electrical / lighting plan
• False-ceiling layout that coordinates with the lighting
• High-resolution rendered views of the main living–dining area and the master suite only

I will provide the DWG column-and-wall plan, room functions, and inspiration images. Deliver back clean, layer-organised AutoCAD files, printable PDFs at 1:50, and 1920×1080 (or better) JPEG/PNG renders suitable for presentation.

Show me a few examples of past work—especially any minimalist or Japandi interiors—so I can see your style fits the brief. A concise note on how quickly you can get the first furniture draft (ideally within three days) and complete package (roughly one week after) will help me pick the right collaborator.

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar pipelines are all welcome as long as the outputs match the quality and formats outlined above.
