IVF Center Odoo Rebuild

Our fertility clinic already runs on Odoo, but the current setup no longer fits our workflows. I need an experienced Odoo developer to rebuild the system from the ground up, streamline our daily operations, and ensure every module works seamlessly with the others.

Core scope
• Patient Management
 - Appointment scheduling that handles multi-doctor calendars and room availability
 - Structured medical record keeping following IVF-specific stages (consultation, stimulation, retrieval, transfer, follow-up)
 - A secure communication portal so patients can view results and message their coordinator inside Odoo
• Inventory Management to track consumables (media, catheters, hormones), flag minimum stock and generate purchase orders automatically
• Billing & Invoicing that links directly to treatments, packages, and lab services while respecting local tax rules

Project flow
1. Analyse our current database and migrate all historical data with zero downtime.
2. Configure or custom-develop the modules above, tying them into a single, intuitive dashboard.
3. Test end-to-end with our staff, refine, and deploy to production.
4. Provide short video tutorials and written SOPs so the team can operate the system without outside help.

Acceptance criteria
• Every feature listed under Core scope is operational, user-tested, and documented.
• Reports for inventory levels, patient cycle status, and revenue are exportable to Excel and PDF.
• The system loads in under two seconds for any view on a standard office connection.
