We are looking for a reliable freelancer or recruitment team to recruit native Italian speakers for a professional studio recording project.
Project Overview
Language: Italian (native speakers only)
Total: 100 participant slots across two parts
Recording environment: Professional studio only
Part 1 — Regional Accent, Gender & Age Recruitment
50 participants
Participants must match specific regional accent, gender, and age quotas.
Regions include Northern Italy, Central Italy, Southern Italy, Sicily, Sardinia, Italian-speaking Switzerland, Italian speakers abroad, and San Marino.
Budget: $30 per approved participant (all-inclusive).
Maximum budget: $1,500
Part 2 — Age-Based Recruitment
50 participants
8 children (ages 3–17)
32 adults (ages 18–60)
10 elderly participants (ages 61+)
No regional or gender quotas for this part.
Budget: $50 per approved participant (all-inclusive).
Maximum budget: $2,500
The same participants may participate in both parts if they meet the requirements.
Recording Requirements
Professional studio recording only.
Audio format: WAV, 48 kHz, 24-bit, mono.
No background noise, talking, laughing, or other unwanted sounds.
Recording content and duration per participant will be confirmed before recording begins.
Your Responsibilities
Recruit participants according to the specified quotas.
Verify native Italian language proficiency and regional accent where required.
Obtain parental or guardian consent for participants under 18.
Organize studio sessions and ensure technical recording requirements are met.
Submit demo recordings for approval before proceeding with full-scale recording.
Deliver recordings for quality review and correct files that do not meet the agreed requirements.
Budget & Payment
The total maximum budget is $4,000 for both parts combined.
The rates are all-inclusive, covering participant compensation, recruitment, studio arrangements, and other related costs. You may decide how to allocate the budget between participants and your recruitment fee, provided all requirements are met.
A demo must be approved before full-scale recording begins. Payment will be made for recordings that pass the agreed quality check, according to the agreed payment milestones.
