I have an upcoming pre-production run in Hebei that must be checked on-site before we give the factory the green light. I need an inspector who can move comfortably between Italian and Chinese so nothing is lost between my engineering notes and the shop-floor reality.
Scope
• Visit the factory in Hebei on the agreed date (exact schedule to be shared once NDA is signed).
• Verify materials, tooling, and first-off samples against the drawings and purchase specs.
• Check the factory’s process controls and calibration records.
• Capture clear photos, short video clips where helpful, and all measurement data.
Deliverables
1. Same-day verbal debrief with me (Italian).
2. A concise written report within 24 h in both Italian and Chinese that includes:
– Findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions requested
– Photo log and measurement sheet
– Final go / no-go recommendation
Acceptance Criteria
• All checkpoints covered as per my checklist (to be provided in advance).
• Photos are sharp, measurements traceable, and comments professionally written.
• Report submitted on time in the two required languages.
Desirable, but not mandatory: familiarity with ISO-based quality systems or sector-specific standards—you’ll win extra points if you can reference them naturally during the audit.
If you are already in or near Hebei and can commit to a one-day on-site inspection with rapid turnaround, let’s lock the date.
