About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT professional to join our in-house IT team. You will be responsible for supporting employees with day-to-day IT needs, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations across the company. An interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, and workplace IT equipment.
Support the administration and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
Contribute to IT projects and improve internal IT processes.
Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to enhance efficiency.
Maintain IT documentation and support IT security and compliance procedures.
Your Profile
Experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Interest in AI, automation, and new technologies is desirable.
