Your day-to-day success will come from tapping your own relationships with architects as well as IT managers and procurement officers, then converting those conversations into qualified RFQs or site visits for my technical team. I am interested in opportunities across corporate campuses and industrial facilities alike, so you will have the freedom to pursue whichever vertical yields faster traction.

What I will measure:
1. Verified leads with contact details and preliminary scope notes
2. Meetings or walkthroughs scheduled for my engineers
3. Pipeline updates so we can forecast revenue and stock
