IT Services Strategy & Analysis

I’m building out the next growth phase for an IT services firm and need a sharp partner to tackle two intertwined tasks: deep market analysis and a forward-looking strategic plan.

First, I want a fact-based view of the technology services landscape—market size, growth forecasts, buyer personas, emerging trends, and how key competitors position themselves. I’ll share internal metrics and raw research; you’ll turn that into clear insights, using respected sources and frameworks such as SWOT or Porter’s Five Forces when useful.

Second, I need those insights distilled into a practical roadmap: which segments to target first, how to differentiate, pricing logic, and a phased go-to-market schedule with measurable KPIs for the next 12-18 months.

Deliverables
• Market analysis report (PDF plus editable file) containing data tables, charts, and citations
• Strategic plan deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) outlining recommendations, milestones, and KPIs

Acceptance criteria
• All market data no older than 18 months
• Profiles of at least five direct competitors
• Recommendations aligned with our current service portfolio and resource capacity
