We're hiring independent promoters to introduce KernelPub to recruiters and staffing agencies across India.

**New product, established client:** Our Freelancer.com hiring account has **12 years of history, a 5-star rating and 25 reviews as a client**. We value professional relationships, clear reporting and reliable payments.

## Your Mission

Find IT recruiters who have **real, active technology vacancies** and introduce them to KernelPub.

Recruiters get **25 free credits, with no credit card required**, to reveal candidate details after seeing their strongest matches. You don't need to close software contracts or collect money.

**Your workflow:**

1. Monitor active IT jobs on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, Foundit, agency websites, company career pages or any legitimate source.
2. Identify the recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional responsible for each vacancy.
3. Find suitable business contact information, initiate professional written outreach and arrange a phone call.
4. Explain how KernelPub can help fill *that specific vacancy* and obtain permission to register the recruiter and job description.
5. Enter the details into our Promoter Portal, review the AI's analysis of the vacancy and confirm the requirements.
6. Move to your next prospect. KernelPub finds matches and emails the recruiter a personalised preview of the five best candidates, with identities hidden until credits are used.

## Who We're Looking For

**Previous professional experience in IT recruitment is strongly preferred**, including IT Recruiter, Technical Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant or technology staffing professional.

You should have:

- Knowledge of IT recruitment in India, especially software engineering, DevOps, cloud, data, cybersecurity or AI/ML roles.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confidence in outbound calls, prospecting and building professional relationships.
- Initiative to research fresh vacancies and approach recruiters independently.

**An existing network of IT recruiters or staffing agencies is a major advantage**, but not required.

**LinkedIn verification:** We strongly prefer a verifiable LinkedIn employment history. Shortlisted candidates must be willing to share their LinkedIn profile URL for background review **where permitted by Freelancer.com's policies**. Do not include external contact details in your initial bid; hiring communication stays on Freelancer.com.

## Compensation — Five Ways to Earn

**All official amounts are in GBP**; USD and INR in parentheses are approximate.

**Daily bonus:** £2.40 for each day with at least **5 recruiter prospects registered**.

**Activation:** £0.50 when a recruiter accepts KernelPub's terms and activates a qualifying IT vacancy.

**Engagement:** £4.50 when that recruiter independently returns and reveals a candidate within **30 days**.

**Commission:** 70% of each recruiter's **first 3 qualifying credit purchases**, made within **6 months of activation**, net of refunds. Repeat purchases can earn additional commissions within these limits.

**£75 Monthly Jackpot:** Introduce **12 different recruiters** who each make their **first confirmed, non-refunded purchase in the same calendar month**. You earn an extra **£75 ($101 / ₹9,520)** on top of other rewards. One Jackpot per promoter per month; no cap on total earnings.

These are **hypothetical examples, not typical results or guaranteed income**. They assume varying prospecting activity, activations and engagement, plus one purchase per paying recruiter (80% on the smallest package, 20% on the next). Actual earnings depend on verified activity and client purchases. Some commissions may become payable in later periods.

## Transparent Tracking and Weekly Payments

**You see your results and earnings in real time.** Our dedicated Promoter Portal logs registrations, activations, candidate reveals, purchases, bonuses, commissions and payments.

**Every Friday at midnight (as Saturday begins), the system automatically emails your weekly PDF statement** with activity statistics, itemised rewards, commissions and the total eligible for payment.

**How payment works:**

1. Receive your PDF earnings statement by email every Saturday.
2. Submit the PDF in the agreed Freelancer.com project channel as evidence of completed work.
3. We verify it and **aim to release confirmed, eligible payments within 48 hours of submission** through Freelancer.com's Milestone Payment system.

The 48 hours apply to **our review and release**, not the time for Freelancer.com or your bank to process withdrawals.

**All payments stay on Freelancer.com.** Agreed work-period Milestones will be **funded in advance**; additional Milestones for commissions and performance bonuses will be funded as those amounts become confirmed and payable. Your PDF supports verification; Freelancer.com's normal payment and dispute procedures apply.
